I'm not personally affected by school holidays (other than my teacher husband being home all the time), but it always baffles me how much it influences business activity.

School holidays = no events and waaay less emails
School holidays end... hello to all the emails & events again!

And so the feelings of busyness begin again.

So today I'm sharing 3 time-saving hacks you can use for planning events(because we all know how much time they suck out of us)

1. Did you know Canva has a data merge feature?
Perfect for importing your registration list to create nice name badges.
(Credit to my PA for this who is the queen of automations when I am too busy to find simpler solutions)

2. Re-use your templates
Budget spreadsheets, run sheets, registration pages, copy & design.. no need to reinvent the wheel! If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

3. Delegate or outsource
Yes we are often the person the event was delegated to, but you can still outsource venue sourcing, speaker searching, on the day management, and many other aspects of an event, whilst still being the main point person.

Automate. Re-use. Outsource.
