how to cut through the event noise
Jul 26, 2023This past week I've had a little flurry of enquiries for event management so it definitely feels like the end of year is near and we need to start getting a wriggle on to squeeze in some end of year events.
With end of year events (actually, just all the time) it can be tricky to cut through the noise of ALL the events out there, demanding people's precious time.
So here are 5 strategies I use (when suitable) to market events...
1. Create a strong event identity
2. Make sure everything that goes out is of a high quality
3. Use tools & software to make the event look super professional
4. Use FOMO
5. Use partnerships and collaborations
Now I can't go into all of them here (because no one would read an email that long) but luckily for you, 3 months ago I started a podcast! And we've just kicked off season 2 with this very topic, so grab your airpods and enjoy!
Happy planning!
