3 tips for a killer end of year celebration

With just 4 months until Christmas, it’s time to start planning those Christmas parties (or end of year celebrations; depending on your company culture).

Here are our top three tips for creating a killer end of year event!

1. Have a strong THEME
Don't force your staff to dress up if you know they don't like it (although they're wrong and dress ups make everything more fun), you can still have a themed event through the venue, food, entertainment or activities.

2. Interactive experiences
And we mean more than just a DJ and Photo Booth. Think: Makeup Artist, Oyster Shucking, Whiskys of the World Bar; things that will surprise, delight and engage your guests in the event.

3. Don't forget the before & after
Having additional elements and moving parts to an event always makes it more exciting. Try starting with something in the office and then organising transport the event, or ensuring you've organised a location for an 'unofficial' after hours party. These are all layers that add to ensuring a great event.
