when the event is over, now what?

We are well and truly into the messy middle part of the year and with all the public holidays who even knows what day it is. The new year energy has left and the silly season still seems far away. 

How are your event plans going?

Whether you've held an event or two (or a few) already or you have some on the horizon, I thought it would be valuable to touch on what we need to do AFTER the event.

Here's my simple post-event checklist:

1. Communication to your attendees - even a simple 'thanks for coming'

2. Evaluation - sending a feedback form to attendees (where appropriate)

3. Reconcile the budget - make sure all invoices are paid 

4. Debrief with the team + feedback to suppliers
